Rates do not include gasoline. The car must be returned with the same amount of gas that was initially provided to avoid refueling charges. Unless you have prepaid for gas at the time of rental.

Yes, additional drivers must meet the same initial requirements (valid Driver's License and ID). The cost of the additional driver is $100 MXN.
